High Season    Nov. 1—Jun. 30 . .$700 / week

 Low Season    July 1—Oct. 31 . . $600 / week

Minimum of 7 days

POLICIES

RENTAL DEPOSIT:

A 50% deposit of accommodation fee is required at time of booking. The last 50% is due 30 days before rental period. If booking is less than 45 days from rental, full amount of stay is due at booking.

POTENTIAL DAMAGES:

 It is understood that renters are responsible for any damage that may occur to unit or furnishings and appliances during their stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

To qualify for refund, cancellations must be forwarded no later than 60 days prior to departure. A cancellation fee (25% of booking value) will be charged at that time, with the remainder of renter’s deposit refunded immediately.

MEXI-CANA WELCOMES YOU!

Our Property Managers, Robbie or Wilf from Mexi-Cana will meet you at the condominium complex about one hour after your flight arrival time. They know the area well, and will be pleased to answer any questions. They are responsible for the maintenance of the unit, house cleaning upon your departure and the good working order of all appliances.  If necessary, they can be reached at 011-52-624-14-24428. Their office is located at the entrance to La Costa Phase 1 and is located right under the main pool. 

Renters are responsible for their own transportation to and from the airport. We suggest you take the air porter bus to La Costa.  If you have already rented a vehicle at the airport, please proceed directly to the condo complex.

NO SMOKING AND NO ANIMALS

There is no smoking allowed in the condo or on the terrace while the doors or windows are open. This is a non-smoking and pet-free home. Our Homeowners Association does not allow animals in the condo. Any violation of this policy will incur a $50.00 fine and if additional cleaning is necessary to remove smoke or pet odors from the house and/or linens, costs will be subtracted from your deposit.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Our condo has a maximum of three (3) guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction. House parties are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.

MAID SERVICE:

Interim cleaning is provided upon request at an $35.00 charge. If additional maid service is required, please inform Robbie or Wilf.
